Refund policy

In accordance with our return policy, you have 30 days from receipt of your item to submit a return request.

Your item must be unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return. An invoice or other proof of purchase is also required.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at info@beline.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you return instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items returned to us without a return request will not be accepted.

For change of mind returns, the return label must be downloaded/printed by the customer.

Under what conditions do we allow returns?

New products only.

Return costs

No return costs if the product has been damaged by the carrier or is defective. However, if the customer has purchased the wrong product, if it does not suit them or if they no longer want the item, the return costs are your responsibility.

Damages and problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt.  Contact us  immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can investigate and replace the product free of charge.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been accepted or not. If your return is accepted, a refund will automatically be sent to your original payment method within 14 days.
